We are at home in the lower Toggenburg. This is reflected in all aspects of our work. We will spoil you and your guests with the finest culinary art and seasonal products from the region – lovingly served and with pleasure freshly served. The menu entices with classic dishes and original compositions with an international as well as Mediterranean touch. As far as possible, we obtain our animal products from regional production. We prefer meat from animals from species-appropriate husbandry and only process meat from animals whose origin and transport route are known to us. This enables us to provide you with information about origin and husbandry. When purchasing we pay attention to environmentally friendly products.
